Enhancing Landscapes with Fruiting Trees, Shrubs, and Vines

Please join us on Saturday, September 19, at 10:30 am to hear this presentation by Dylan Parsley, the Horticulture Agent for Wyandotte County Extension. He will talk about how to incorporate fruit-bearing trees, shrubs, and vines into attractive and productive home landscapes. This presentation covers plant selection, site considerations, basic care, and management practices to help gardeners successfully grow edible plants while enhancing the beauty and
function of their outdoor spaces.

All of our education programs start at 10:30 am, are approximately one hour long, and are free and open to the public. You can attend the live presentation in the North room of the Dreher 4-H Family Building on the Douglas County Fairgrounds, or you can view the presentation live on YouTube at KSE Master Gardeners – Douglas County – YouTube.

To see past and future education programs please go to 2026 Advanced Education. We look forward to seeing you in person or online.
