This booth highlights three simple approaches to conserving water for container gardeners. We demonstrate growing plants in wicking pots, watering with ollas (an ancient method of irrigation) and cultivating plants with Kratky hydroponics, a simple, passive, water conserving and inexpensive method of hydroponics, ideal for beginners and children.
